The Fine Print

By purchasing or using a Voucher, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Voucher Redemption. Vouchers may only be redeemed against accommodation at the Malta Marriott Hotel & Spa.

Vouchers are valid for a single redemption only and may not be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual. It is necessary to make prior reservations directly with the property.

A credit card must also be presented for any additional charges accrued and cancellation of a booking with less than 24 hours notice will render the gift voucher null & void.

All gift vouchers are subject to availability. Restrictions and black out days may apply.

Expiry Date. Each Voucher has an expiration date printed on it. The Voucher is only valid until this date. After the expiry date, the Voucher becomes void, and no value will be redeemed.

Redemption Value. The Voucher's redemption value is as specified on the Voucher. This value may be subject to change without prior notice.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers. The Company is not responsible for lost or stolen Vouchers. Please treat your Voucher like cash and keep it in a secure place. The Company does not issue replacement Vouchers for lost or stolen Vouchers.

No Refunds. Vouchers are non-refundable, except as required by law.

Voucher Transfer. Vouchers are transferable, but the Company reserves the right to request the original Voucher when processing a redemption. The voucher holder must indicate his or her intention to redeem a voucher at the time of reservation and must present the voucher upon redemption.
