Voucher Redemption. Vouchers may only be redeemed at the outlet listed on the voucher.
Vouchers are valid for a single redemption only and may not be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual. It is necessary to make prior reservations directly with the property.
Cancellation of a booking with less than 24 hours notice will render the gift voucher null & void.

Expiry Date. The Voucher is only valid until the date shown on voucher. Thereafter, the Voucher becomes null and void.
Redemption Value. The Voucher's redemption value is as specified on the Voucher. This value may be subject to change without prior notice.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers. The Company is not responsible for lost or stolen Vouchers. Please treat your Voucher like cash and keep it in a secure place, as no replacements will be issued.
No Refunds. Vouchers are non-refundable, except as required by law.
